For more then 20 years, Rollin' Recording has been archiving the meeting presentations of professional associations. We offer both analog and digital recording of conferences and conventions. Many association directors require an audio recording to be made of presentations made at their meetings for archiving and future reference. Most of our clients have us record their annual meetings for distribution. Attendees can take the conference home with them and share the information with their colleagues and associates, and spread the word about the value of membership in their association. Our most popular format is audio on MP3 CD, suitable for downloading to iPod or other portable media devices. The MP3 Format CD can also be played on virtually any computer. The disc will display the titles of all the presentations. The listener simply clicks on the title on the screen, and the presentation begins. We can also produce CD-ROMS with conference Power Point Presentations, hand-outs, and other visual material, such as acknowledgement of special sponsors, or a Virtual Exhibit Hall.

The Rollin' Recording Broadcast Division provides radio production and engineering service for remote broadcast of sports and entertainment events. Most of the teams in the National Basketball Association, and now the WNBA, call on Rollin' Recording to produce and engineer their broadcasts when their teams play in San Antonio.

Rollin' Recording also has a vast file of archival audio from many years in the broadcast and recording industry.
